Building Practices

It is our priority to study the feasibility of your dream project, in compliance with current urban and civil regulations, ensuring the successful issuance of Building Permits and No Objections from the various competent authorities. We handle C.I.L.A. for internal works, S.C.I.A. for external works, P.D.C. for new constructions, S.C.A. to request building usability. We assist clients and real estate agencies in property transactions, presenting communications for internal works, C.I.L.A. in amnesty, S.C.I.A. in amnesty, Compliance Verifications, Energy Performance Certificates, Building Compliance Reports, and requests for Urban Destination Certificates.

Project Management and Accounting

We plan the supervision and management of projects by coordinating workers, sourcing materials, and furnishing. We ensure the quality of the work execution in compliance with current regulations and the approved project, managing any changes and/or complications during the project. We handle the accounting of your project by drafting metric calculations, specifications, contracts, and financial management of the site with detailed progress reports.

Cadastral Practices

We handle land registry practices such as mapping new constructions or those missing from records and subdivisions. We take care of the declarations of new urban buildings, variations, and cadastral transfers necessary to register new properties and rectify any changes.

Safety

An essential requirement on a construction site is compliance with the Safety Consolidated Act, which in some cases requires the planning and coordination of Safety. In a temporary and mobile site, in the case of two or more companies or if the 200-man-day limit is exceeded, it is necessary to appoint a Safety Coordinator for Design and Execution. The studio excels in detailed safety planning for each site, carefully analyzing each case. We handle the design of site arrangements, the management of work phases, and the coordination of companies, developing tailor-made Safety Plans to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Architectural and Topographic Surveys

The studio is equipped with cutting-edge technologies, including drones, laser scanners, and GPS and GNSS systems. These advanced tools allow us to perform precise and complete surveys, providing detailed and accurate data for each project.
